「スキマ文庫」（以下、本アプリ）は、利用者の個人情報の保護および健全なアプリ運営のため、以下のポリシーと規約（以下、本規約）を定めています。
本アプリは、利用者の名前、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アプリ内でのサインインには、Firebase Authenticationの「匿名認証」を使用しており、利用者個人を特定する情報は取得されません。
読書チケットの管理や読書設定を記録するために、GoogleのFirebaseサーバー（Firestore）および端末のローカルストレージを使用します。これらのデータは、小説生成機能の提供およびアプリの快適な動作のためにのみ利用されます。
利用者は、アプリ内の 設定 ＞ アカウントとデータを完全に削除 ボタンより、いつでも即座にすべてのアカウント情報および読書データを削除できます。アプリを既に削除している等でWebからの削除依頼を希望される場合は、以下のメールアドレスまで申請してください。確認が取れ次第、速やかにサーバーからデータを削除いたします。

本アプリの小説は、Googleの生成AI（Gemini API）を使用して自動生成されたフィクションです。実在の人物、団体、事件などとは一切関係ありません。AIの性質上、事実と異なる描写や不自然な表現が含まれる場合があります。また、故意に暴力的・公序良俗に反するテキストを生成させる行為は禁止されています。
本アプリの利用により生じたトラブルや損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。また、仕様の変更やサービスの停止を予告なく行う場合があります。
Sukima Bunko (hereinafter "the App") establishes the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") to protect user information and ensure a safe experience.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations). The App utilizes Firebase Authentication's "Anonymous Sign-In," which does not retrieve or store any personal credentials.
We use Firebase Firestore (managed securely by Google) and local storage on your device solely to manage your remaining story tickets and reading speed configurations. This data is only used to provide the novel generation service.
Users can instantly delete all account logs and reading history at any time by tapping the Settings ＞ Delete Account & Data Permanently button inside the App. If you have already uninstalled the App and wish to request data deletion via the Web, please contact us at the address below:

The novels in this App are fictional stories automatically generated by AI (Google Gemini API). They have no relation to real individuals, organizations, or actual events. Due to the nature of AI, output may contain factual inaccuracies. Users are strictly prohibited from intentionally generating harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of the App. The App's services and terms may be modified or terminated without prior notice.
